GTM Engineer

By using GTM Engineer ("the service") at gtmengineer.sh, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use GTM Engineer only for lawful purposes related to marketing research and content production for businesses you own or are authorized to represent. You will not:

• Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, or content intended to deceive consumers.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use the service to research, target, or generate content about individuals (rather than businesses) without consent.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.

2. Account and authentication

You authenticate via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3. Generated content

GTM Engineer generates marketing artifacts (research, keyword lists, content plans, drafts) using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. The service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of generated content.

You retain ownership of artifacts created in your projects. We retain the right to operate, store, and process those artifacts as necessary to deliver the service.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

5. Pricing and subscriptions

Free and paid plans are available. Paid plan terms (pricing, billing cycle, included usage limits) are presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel from the Billing page at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact yifan@onvoyage.ai with questions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTM Engineer's aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to conflict of law principles.
